We are very family oriented here at Mis-fit Horse Farm, the idea to start an adoption and sales barn came about as a way to spend more time with my children. It is a good way to show children that there is hope in the world for animals who are in need of homes. It is also very therapeutic and beneficial to not only the horses but us.
We have been operating in Maine for about a year now but have been in the business for about seven or eight years, and have been very busy growing and meeting people. We work closely with local orginizations that offer riding therapy and other programs that are asociated with rehabilitation
